Below is a list of troubleshooting techniques that might help resolve some of your issues:
The App does not open, or closes unexpectedly, without warning
- This can happen sometimes on iOS when your phone has run out of memory because it has too many apps open. If you double tap the home button on your iPhone you should be able to scroll through all of the running apps and close the apps that you don’t need. This should solve the problem and it might also help with your phone’s battery life.
I don’t have enough time to answer the questions
- The settings menu on our quiz apps allows you to set the amount of time available for each question. If you haven’t set this the current default is 10 seconds. Following feedback from users we are in the process of rolling-out an update which will default the time to 60 seconds, and allow users up to 5 minutes to answer questions
